Naturally gravitated towards creating start-ups and building strong sales team for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), I found my passion and talent in training and coaching when I was heading a Sales team for a Training Company in Hong Kong.
I develop tailor-made Performance Based and Effectiveness coaching programmes coaching individuals and leaders in Malaysia, USA, Australia, Hong Kong and Mexico.
